How do I register a referral once I’m approved?
Email info@dentalassist.ai with the clinic name and contact before they sign up. We’ll confirm your referral registration within 2 business days.
When are payments made?
Monthly, within 30 days of the end of each calendar month in which subscription revenue is collected from your referred clinic.
What if my referred clinic cancels?
Commission stops at the cancellation date. There is no clawback — any commissions already paid to you are yours to keep.
Is there a limit to how many clinics I can refer?
No limit. Every clinic that converts to a paying subscriber earns its own independent 12-month commission window.
Do I need to close the sale myself?
No. Your job is to make the introduction and register the referral. We handle the demo and sales conversation entirely.
Is this an exclusive arrangement?
No. You are free to continue working with any other vendors, distributors, or service providers.
